About Me
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Ramapo College of New Jersey, a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Pace University, and a Master’s in Social Work from the Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College. My background blends psychological theory with clinical social work, allowing me to support clients from a holistic, human-centered perspective.
I am trained in Levels 1 and 2 of the Gottman Method for couples counseling and work extensively with adolescents and young adults. My approach is rooted in a person-centered (Rogerian) framework, emphasizing empathy, authenticity, and unconditional positive regard. I also incorporate elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Focusing to help clients connect with the physical and emotional signals that shape their experiences.
I work with individuals navigating depression, anxiety, racial identity, relationship challenges, workplace stress, and the ongoing journey of self-actualization. Whether you’re seeking clarity, healing, or growth, I strive to provide a grounded and supportive space where meaningful change can happen.
